Botou Dongli Casting Co., Ltd. located in the west of Botou City, is one of the most competitive enterprises in China. Our company covers the area of 30,000 square meters, and the production area is 15,000 square meters; fixed assets are 1 million US dollars. Our company has a high-quality technical staff. There are 270 workers at present, and 60 engineers and technicians, including 158 skilled workers, 50 technicians and 2 physical-chemical engineers. There are also engineers and technicians who have been engaged in the color metal casting and production for many years and administrative staff of the first line. We have passed ISO9001 international quality management system authentication. We have upright centrifugal moulding, horizontal centrifugal moulding, metal gravity casting, sand gravity casting, continuous drawing & casting and polishing equipment and production crafts. We can cast color metal machinery fittings of every line. Our production, examining, measuring and testing equipment is complete and excellent. The advanced spectrum analysis instrument guarantees the chemical composition of the casting; hardness measuring machine and the metallography examining and pulling force testing machine guarantee the mechanic performance.
